Korey Lofy, Rocky Mountain Territory Manager – Arborjet | Ecologel
Korey helps tree care companies and municipalities in the Rocky Mountain region grow their
plant healthcare programs. He’s worked in the green industry for over 15 years. He graduated
from the University of Wisconsin – Steven Point with a B.S. Urban Forestry, Forest Recreation,
and Interpersonal Communication. He is an ISA Certified Arborist with a pesticide applicator’s
license in 4 states. His hobbies include back country skiing, mountain biking, and long walks on
short beaches. His favorite tree is the Canadian Hemlock that grows in northern Wisconsin. As a
Discovering Forestry Podcast co-host, Korey aspires to further his knowledge about the industry
to become one of the most approachable and professional resources in helping others grow
their businesses and save trees in the process! He is the ISA’s Rocky Mountain Chapter’s 2021
Arborist of the Year and currently sits on the ISA Rocky Mountain Chapter’s Board as Director
for Colorado.
